a day in the life

this takes time 
I am not throwing in the towel ... nope 


Last night... Thursday night for Friday actually was inventory 

2AM oats, egg and a white 

(No sleep so it was 8 hours since last meal) 
4AM - 2 handfuls smokehouse salted almonds... 
then Doritos .... full blow binge mode... 4 stale M&M cookies


I texted my trainer... feeling like a four year old confessing 



end of my work day at 8:30AM 
which was 10.5 hours on no sleep 
so I ate a meal because I had an hour commute home ... 
figured it would help me to stay awake 



8:45 AM green beans, 4 oz brown rice, 4.5 oz chicken 
home and konked out 


2:00pm shake 
I walked 4 miles in the neighborhood (an hour walk) 


6:00 Black Angus for dinner: chicken, green beans and broccoli 
... I ordered the vegetables.. 
No sauce no butter and got an entire breast so I brought chicken home 
I didn't have the courage to enter this into My Fitness pal 
Cardio and stretching class tomorrow

hard work pays off.... wait WHAT?!

100% on point 


food weighed and measured 


exercise yep... got that done 
  

 water... almost a gallon a day 


scales up 2 pounds 

email I sent my trainer this morning: 
170.8 this morning 

this is a 2 pound gain since last Thursday 

can't even format my words 
feel like crying and throwing in the towel and eating everything in sight 

whats the point?

going to be a tough M... F..... day 
tried to find something 
positive to end this blog post with 
sorry but I am just not feeling it 
it's going to take EVERYTHING I have 
just to make it through today 
without eating 
Starbucks pastries 
In and Out 
cookies from the Service deli 
chicken from the service deli with Ranch dressing 
McDonald's 
drive through on the way home 


sorry people I am truly a FAT person inside 
but I am going to go to the gym 
work out 
and get through today 
and throw the Mother Freaking scale 
in the trash

still moving in a positive direction

6:30 oats, egg and whites 
9:00 shake 
11:45 squash, asparagus and ground turkey breast 
2:30 shake 
5:20 broccoli, chicken and  T dressing 
7:00 Arctic Zero 

had my Friday treat protein ice cream... I had added the wrong meal into my Fitness pal and when I was getting this post together I discovered it.... I thought my calories yesterday were about 1820 .... but with the error I was actually under my target at 1576

oops 

I am officially back into the 160's!!! woot woot 


I have ZERO food cravings!!! 
I am on a system that WORKS!!! 
and with a group that is so supportive 
it is VERY new to me because I have always been a loner 


loving the support!! 
losing the weight!! 
but I don't know about some of you, 
but 2016 has already dealt us some pretty gnarly blows!!
 but I choose to make this a good year 
and will work through the crappola and come out smelling like a rose!!! 
it's all an attitude baby!!
