a friend of mine came up with an amazing idea
we are accountability buddies
we help one another
and message each other our food journals
so far this is working for both of us
had a bad or so so day?
it'll be okay just keep going
feels good not having to do this all alone
I have my gym girls but not really a food accountability friend until now
this may be a winner!!
it's going slow but I have time
I want to go slow and eat food
