Saggy drawers

so what up? what up? what up? 
Good Morning 
My size 10 pants are giving me saggy drawers
but this is a GOOD problem to have 
I am in a 6-8 so I just need to bite the bullet 
and get some new work pants 
yesterdays food: 
meal #1 shake with a scoop of greens, a stick of Hydrate 
a few frozen strawberries, unsweetened almond milk
and 2 scoops  
working in the grocery store advantages: 
snacks 😉
meal: 4.5 oz ground turkey breast cooked with 
onions, bell peppers and gobs of spices to jazz it up 
with cooked cabbage and some edamame 
unsweetened almond milk, iced coffee and 2 scoops  
the ever present office blender 
so I stay away from the bookkeepers candy drawer 
ahhh most days 
and meal: 
cooked veggies: peppers, onions, asparagus, edamame
with 4.5 oz of cooked chicken breast 
got in an hour yesterday morning at the gym 
and my muscles are sore this morning! 
still working to get to that 139 number 
I'll get ya yet!
