walking the straight and narrow

I made goal weight 
for a hot second
and then 
add 4 pounds 
what went wrong? 
nothing really, just a quick reality check that this is a 
life journey 
and I need guard rails 
to keep this train on the tracks 
so I am back on Myfitness pal 
just to keep things in check 
I am still on my 2 shakes
and 3 meals 
just have to stop adding all those extra 
BLT's 
bites, licks and tastes 
workouts are in check 
water is in check 
life is good 
just a reminder 
not to rest on my laurels 
tootles ma noodles
